Bulles au Musée !
On 18 October, the Bulles au Musée evening will be an opportunity to (re)discover the museum's collections while tasting the products of local winegrowers.
As part of the Vignobles & Découvertes label and the Fascinant Weekend, this 1? hour stroll will stimulate your senses!
The museum is teaming up with the Cave aux arômes of the BIVB (Burgundy Wine School) to offer you a fun and olfactory discovery of Burgundy wines. Burgundy wines have an uncommon subtlety and refinement. The diversity of their aromas enables them to seduce the most discerning palates with elegance. This beautiful exhibition offers a visual and olfactory presentation of the 12 aromatic families of Burgundy wines (white flowers, red fruit, citrus fruit, spices, undergrowth, etc.). An animator will guide you through this original and interactive experience to help you distinguish the different aromas.
After this sensory initiation, you'll be ready for the tasting! The museum and the Communauté de Communes du Pays Châtillonnais are delighted to welcome four local winegrowers with the label: Domaine Bouhélier, Domaine Pierre Rousseau, Domaine Gheeraert, Domaine Bruno Dangin for the wine tastings and Le Sabot de Vénus for the accompanying dishes. Armed with your tasting notebooks, you'll be able to discover local wines during a blind tasting tour in the museum's rooms. To give your other senses a chance, you'll be able to taste crémants as well as red, white and rosé wines.
Four departures are available at 6.30pm, 7pm, 7.30pm and 8pm.
Each departure is limited to 20 people, so bookings must be made with the Musée du Pays Châtillonnais - Trésor de Vix.
Please note that this activity is for adults over 18 only. This event will be mainly in French.
