On Sunday, December 7, 2025, the Musée du Pays Châtillonnais – Trésor de Vix opens its doors for a day filled with Christmas spirit, creativity, and local tradition.
Inside the museum’s historic halls, around twenty local artisans and creators will showcase their craftsmanship — from handmade gifts and decorations to gourmet treats and unique creations. It’s the perfect opportunity to find special presents while supporting local talent.

A majestic 7-meter Christmas tree in the courtyard of the museum, will bring a spectacular glow to the museum.
Seasonal delicacies, hot drinks, and family-friendly activities will make the atmosphere even warmer and more joyful.
- Thanks to the Tap'Chaudron and the Barraca Event associations as well as the College Fontaine des Ducs (school), visitors will be able to enjoy waffles, fries, mulled wine, hot chocolate, Christmas beer… plenty of delicious treats!
- The L'Air de Rien choir will wander through the museum’s rooms, filling the space with warm songs and creating a festive, friendly atmosphere.
- The SEGPA students of the College Fontaine des Ducs have created beautiful decorations that they will sale, along with crêpes, to help fund their school trip.
- Weather permitting, pony rides will be offered by La Barotte for the enjoyment of children (and grown-ups too!).
